The customer has informed us this problem have impact their businesses in whole locations, so their management need Clarification Letter from the responsible man in support department of Pentana Solutions who is the parties involved to resolve this matter directly for clarify about the problem, that not just an excuse letter from the sales team only. This Clarification Letter must be asking for clarification on two main issues as in the below for make the Chunlee Group are still believes in the efficiency of the support and service from Pentana Solutions according to the standard as present in presales.
1. Clarify about the problem at this time, what happened, and why until now the time is part 2 days ago, then the Pentana Solutions still cannot resolve problems that occur.
2. If there are some problems same this situation in the future, how Pentana Solutions plan to action for cope with these problems for be able to solve all problems quickly as it should be and how to control for not have any effect to impact on their business.
Please kindly work to prepare a Clarification Letter for respond to customers immediately, for the customers can continue to believe in the efficacy of our support and not have any effect on sales in other projects which we are approaching to this customer.
