Laptop User Agreement
This Laptop Usage Agreement is made by Agr Bangkok Ltd. (AGR) and between Mr. Sorakrit Sittichok, born on 20th April 1978 with ID-Card the number 3100601153841. As part of this Agreement, AGR will provide the Employee with the use of a laptop (Serial No________________) and accessories.
The employee agrees to submit, and shall return the equipment on demand to AGR for verification checks. These checks may be conducted form time to time by AGR to verify inventory/asset information. AGR will send an email notice of the verification check to employee before.
Failure to comply by the requested date set forth in the verification check notice may result in termination of this Agreement and ineligibility of the Employee for future use of Company provided laptop computer and related equipment.
The Employee shall be allowed to attach audio devices to the audio input/output port and CD-Rom, disk or other storage device to the USB input/out port for business purposes.
Should additions and/or improvement be made to the Equipment, other than the audio and storage devices permitted in the preceding sentence, such additions/improvements will become the property of Company
The Employee shall use the Equipment in a careful and lawful manner and shall not make any alterations, additions, or improvements to the Equipment without prior written consent of AGR.
This is in relation for any additional software installed on the Equipment. This would need to be approved by AGR before.
In case the equipment gets lost or damaged because of any disregardful manner, the employee will need to replace it one its own cost.
