We thank our guest for her review. We attach great attention to all comments of our guests to determine and revise our policies. However, we would like to clarify some points in this matter.
In our reservation system, it is not possible to confirm reservations without credit card details. We need details to guarantee the reservations but we do not charge anything before the guests arrive. Our guest had tried to make a reservation through our web-site without filling credit card details. Since, the reservation wasn't completed, the system that we were using didn't confirm it. When our guest realized that her reservation wasn't confirmed, she had called our sales department to complete her reservation. The sales representative had assisted her and informed that it is better to make a new reservation online through the hotel's web-site. But this time, very unfortunately, she made the reservation for 2010 instead of 2009 by mistake. When the guest had arrived, there wasn't any room available for 3 nights. We tried to help her by offering her to stay the first night in our hotel and for the next two nights in our sister hotel which is in a different category and has different standards. Our guest accepted our offer and stayed 1 night in Sirkeci Konak hotel and 2 nights in a sister hotel of Sirkeci Konak.
Once again, we are very sorry for the dissatisfaction of our guest, due to unfortunate circumstances detailed above. We still do hope that our guest will visit us and use our services once again.
