The 3rd Thai-Indian Fun-Fair 2016 is being organized by Indian Social Club of Thailand in cooperation with Indian Studies Center of Chulalongkorn University on Saturday 13th February 2016 from 15.00 hrs. to 22.00 hrs. at the Lawn at the Front of the Royal Statues of King Chulalongkorn and King Vajiravudh, Chulalongkorn University. The organizers expect nearly 10,000 people to join the 3rd Thai-Indian Fun Fair 2016.
The purpose of this fun fair is to strengthen friendship, fellowship, peace, and mutual understanding among Thais and Indians especially the young generation. Thai-Indian Fun Fair is an annual event organized by the Indian Social Club of Thailand which is an umbrella organization of more than 75 Associations of Indian Diaspora in Thailand, Chaired by the Ambassador of India to the Kingdom of Thailand.
This event follows 1st and 2nd Thai-Indian Fun Fairs of 2014 and 2015 held at Srinakharinwirot University and Thammasat University (Tha Prachan), respectively. Each of the two fairs attracted more than 7,000 participants from Thai and Indian communities.
