We delivered a unit of C4 to Prosper Khon early this year.
This unit has some internal cables issue which may cause cable alarms in the future, therefore, we proposed to repair it now.
It will not cause serious damages but bearing in mind that safety is the top priority, we would like to be cautious about this.
We would like to replace it with a new unit because to repair it on-site requires a long time and many tools and equipment are necessary.
This means that PK will return the existing unit to Epson and we will return you a new unit.
All shipping costs to be bear by Epson.
