1. The bartender team must fill in the information.
2. Participating team has read and understand that the name, ingredients, photos,
inspiration of the drinks created are copyright of Italthai and Perrier Thailand and will
be certified when used in any occasions.
3. Participating drinks must be created under the concept “The Ultimate Sparkling
Refreshment”
4. All drinks must use Perrier as the main ingredient.
5. All drinks must not have any other competitive brands.
6. All drinks must use Liquors, Monin Syrup as supporting ingredient.
7. All cocktail drinks must limit alcohol drink ingredient to only 2 as maximum.
8. All drinks must use the ingredients that are commonly available and not
complicated to prepare.
9. The qualifying teams must prepare all the ingredients, clearly present their
inspiration behind to the judges, along with the serving method at the date appointed.
10. All the qualified 12 finalist teams must readily prepare glassware, bar equipment
and ingredients except Perrier, Monin Syrup, and basic fruit juice.
11. The judge panel will pre-select all the applications entries and announced the
qualified 40 teams on Facebook of Perrier on June 18, 2015.
