52. How & When to use the Support Ticket?
If your question was not already answered in the FAQ, you may create a Support Ticket inside your Account. IF the question you asked has already been listed in the FAQ, your account will be given 1 WARNING. If you get 3 WARNINGS, your account will be BLOCKED! We are very strict on regulating the wellbeing of our Community & the System. If you as a Member of the System is not Good, then our System will not be Good as well. People is our System, and the System is our People, only with Good People will make a Good System.
