Some employees/managers went to record mid-year review conversations and experienced access issues to Conexus. This will happen when employee data, which is held in systems that feed Conexus, is incorrect or incomplete. Conexus is not an employee database. It receives a feed from multiple systems of record – changes to data fed to Conexus need to be triggered by you via the My Profile app available on Onespace.
In advance of the year-end review launch in early October please check that your employee data in My Profile is correct.
1. Log into My Profile
2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and review all the data fields and amend as appropriate.
3. A change request creates a temporary profile and triggers an approvals workflow. The approvals sometimes takes a while so please do not leave your data checking until the last minute.
4. Once approval has been given, the ‘temporary profile’ tag will disappear. If you have direct reports you will receive an email approval request from the MyProfile Approval mailbox – please action this straight away.
Additionally, the year-end review focuses on the demonstration of our Amec Foster Wheeler behaviours. Conexus automatically assigns Team Leader behaviours to anyone with direct reports in the system and Individual Contributor behaviours to anyone else. If you are in a leadership role but without direct reports, please email conexus@amecfw.com and request that we manually assign the Team Leader behaviours to you.
