Coordinate with line manager in identifying individual training needs plan and preparing annual departmental training budget.
Prepare and conduct the assigned in-house training courses to fulfill the development needs as well as summarize feedback and benefit of the training courses.
Develop and improve training approach, programs, process and operation.
Maintain and update training database/ filing system in order to support management decision-making on staff development.
Assist in the production of the Company’s Monthly, Quarterly and annual training reports by compiling data on training programs throughout the year with expenditures, number of man-day and number of participants as well as making summary and analysis.
Coordinate and provide support to technical training center and safety training center for implementation of training programs.
Participate in special work/ projects as assigned by supervisor.
