I recently installed windows 7. it

I recently installed windows 7. it was working fine for some time. then since i enabled the administrator account i cannot maximize or minimize or close the explorer of the other accounts using the buttons at the top corner of the explorer. The buttons in the administrator account is working fine but of the users sre not working. The shortcuts (win + arrows) are working fine but the buttons are not working.
i can close the explorer by cliking the close button on the preview in the taskbar. i tried changing the acoount into the administrator account but it didnt solved the problem. What should i do?
