Every company has performance and under performance employees. An employee who under performance in any company which is caused by many reasons. Staff lacks of skills to do the job, which may be caused by work dose not match their experience. Personal problems, the attitude of the people is important for work. If they have a positive attitude, the company will get a good result as well. Inadequate training is one reason to make employee has under performance. Problem with colleagues is one important issue in the workplace this cause make employee unhappy and efficiency of work is decreased.
Manage under performance is ask the staff’s problem and give an opportunity to explain reasons for the behavior, do not use emotion in speech. Explain what is company unsatisfactory. The company and the staff find the way to resolve together. So always follow-up and give positive feedback when the staff is working as you wish that make more effective of work and the staff happy during work. For example, inadequate training, the company should ask and find out what is skill the staff lacking. So provide coach to teaching employee that will help them creating work with the company expectation.
