The purpose of this research was to study and suggested the personnel maintenance of the schools in highland and border area ,Tha Song Yang District under Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The population were teachers of schools in highland and border district , Including 386 people in 2014. The research instrument was a questionnaire .The data collection were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation,
The result of this research was found that the personnel maintenance of the schools in highland and border area ,Tha Song Yang District under Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. Overall at a high level, when considering each aspect was the relationship with colleagues at a high level, followed by the policy and management at a high level. the security at work at a high level, relationships with supervisor at a high level , the work environment at a high level. And salary and compensation in the high level, respectively
The suggestions that the school should adjust salary and compensation to suit the education, duty, ability, age, work experience. Should be allocate the budget in the environment development and buildings. Should be improve the location and building to create the atmosphere, there should be sincerity,together. Should be clear and worked as a policy system. Administrators should make the personnel morale to work stability
