- Contacting suppliers
- To take care for overall office and operation facilities and utilities.
- Coordinate and maintain excellent relationship with all department.
- Implement and maintain safety policy to ensure compliance with all statutory and company requirements.
- Ensure all service requirements of the office are undertaken.
- Liaise, coordinate and report on the administrative activities.
- Issue supplier code application form
