We try to put the claim with carrier at this end but will need all support docs from you,
Ie, Surveyor report / Temperature records by time of arrival / claim note to carrier from cnee
Against carrier so that we can pursue at origin.
If it is the case that termperature was stable, no dropping during the trasit, hence this is not
Carriers fault as by nature, base on the cargo itself on how sensitivity along the transit,
Hope you can understand what I mean since carriers should have their criteria vs. all claims.
