First of all, I apologize for the inconvenience to the company because of the misunderstanding by Siripaporn.

While I interviewed for Siripaporn , she asked me about the benefits of company. I told her that what we have for the time being, such as PraKanSungKom. I also told her that we will also planning for other insurance and benefits in the future. I don’t know why she felt that company not follow up the promise. Again, when I told her I mentioned “ Future” and never say the time will start.
Talking about her salary part, I did tell her that when she passed the probation period, I will make the adjustments according to her expectation. however, while the probation period finished in April ,I do feel that some parts of her are not met the company’s requirement so I did not set the amount which she asked for. I thought that she should understand that after she meet my working standard then company will make adjustment for her. However, it looks like she did not think that way. And also put the complain to company. for this part, it’s my mistake that I did not clarify the point with her clearly. I thought that Siripaporn knew by herself that there are still many parts she need to learn and improve wiring the work. And berry also pointed out some of her problems in work and points need to be improved. Again ,I am sorry for that. And for the difference of her salary for 2,000 x 3 months = 6,000 Baht , I propose to take the responsibility for this part and will pay back to company.
