We wish you to provide us “non-use declaration” by 20th (Tuesday) December 2016.
* we don’t use “non-use declaration” for reporting others your products or parts at present don’t contain prohibited substances. You need not survey upstream companies which you purchase parts indirectly.
*Based on secure procurement control, we have requested all suppliers to provide us “non-use declaration” company by company. “non-use declaration”
is not a new requirement since it is already described in Ricoh Group Green Procurement Standards. It is same as a declaration that your parts or products don’t contain prohibited substances designated by Ricoh.
*Therefore we don’t request companies which manufacture products or parts but don’t provide them Ricoh directly. Instead we request companies which sign a direct dealing contract with us. They include trading companies and sales companies.
