Procedure
1. After the security incidents found or known by Humanica staff, the HMC System administrator will be updated on security incidents by users or other means (as described in the background section).
2. System Administrator will perform necessary actions based on the urgency level (refer to the urgency level matrix in the forms and reports section) and report to the HMC account manager of Seagate.
3. HMC account manager will report to Seagate based on the urgency level.
4. System Administrator will log in the security incident as well as actions in the incident log form (refer to the incident log form in the Forms and Reports Section)
5. System administrator will keep log records
6. If having any security incidents during that month, the meeting will be set up among System Administrator, IT team, and HMC Account Manager for any preventive actions.
