Our approach and scope of service
In our recruitment service, we cover the followings:
• Study the client’s operation and position requirements in order to fully understand the client’s
need and be able to identify suitable candidates,
• Search and identify a pool of potential candidates through our internal and external network,
• Interview and assess the suitability of the candidates for the position,
• Prepare and submit information on the short listed candidates,
• Assist the client in the final selection of candidates and job offering process.
We normally present a shortlist of candidates to the client within 1 – 2 weeks. However, the time
frame may vary depending on the assignment and the availability of the candidates.
Please note that we will proceed appointments for interview for the client with our short-listed
candidates upon receipt of the signed Recruitment Service Agreement from client.
