With our continued focus on Meetings & Events performance, and the importance of loyalty as a key driver, the Sales & Loyalty Teams are working on a full training roll-out on Le Club AccorHotels Meeting Planner across the network.
The new training will mirror successful roll-out of the Importance of Loyalty and the Loyalty Leader training the Australian Loyalty Team commenced with all staff over the last two years. The roll-out will be across Asia Pacific however, we will tailor to our market.

The first undertaking in this extensive project will be to ascertain staff needs and current understanding of the Le Club AccorHotels Meeting Planner Program.
To assist us with this process, we ask your assistance please with distributing a survey to your team to complete by 30 September 2015.
