2.2.2. Activated PartialThromboplastin Time. Activated partial
thromboplastin time(APTT) was performed according to
the following procedure. 0,1mL of blood plasma was mixed
with equal volume of APTT-reagent and incubated during 3
minutes at 37∘C.Thenthe coagulationwas initiated by adding
of 0,1mL of 0.025M solution of CaCl2. Clotting time was
monitored by the Coagulometer Solar CGL-2410 (Belorussia)
[15].
