•To set-up training schedule for Bridgestone's dealers, users and sales channels countrywide.
•To plan, organize and lead training sessions which might be in forms of classroom lectures, pit workshops, technical demonstrations and so forth.
•To develop new training courses as well as to update current ones.
•To develop training materials (e.g. PowerPoint presentations, manuals. etc.)
•To act as team administrator when needed.

Qualifications
•Age 30 years old up.
•Minimum 2 year experiences as managerial level.
•Able to work in high intensive competition environment.
•Experience in automotive industry would be advantage.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
