As discussed, for me technical is not the main point now. Whatever JSTAMP has, we also have and in fact we are better in some aspect.
I have challenged you regarding the results of JSTAMP, because as I said this week, what they required is incorrect; they want compensated result but my point is without going into compensation, we should first check springback result. If our springback result is wrong compare to actual, there is no point to do compensation.
Also, regarding material, if they know that there is a material which is from any of the software which is reliable, just share to us (or they can share to competitor). We are not selling material to them, hence talking about material is not the main evaluation point.
Updating internally is good; but I think we should also update/explain to customer about the progress. Talking to just user alone is not sufficient as the key decision will not be made by the user. If TID is avoiding contact, then for sure there is already some setback.
The other point is that you have this table to compare us against others. But is this acknowledge by TID user? If yes, can you make a meeting summary together with his management (if you cannot reach management, at least the manager)? Challenge them so that they see credibility on our side. Even if we lose, at least we want them to know they are not making a wise decision.
