1. Manpower Plan :
Division Head is responsible in setting up the manpower plan through annual operating plan. The plan must be approved by DMD/MD before the new financial year begins. Financial Planning and Practice Management Manager will pass and approved plan to HR Dept. for recruitment process.
2. Recruitment Activities :
HR Dept. Plans recruitment activities for the year ahead after receiving the plan, as follows :
2.1 Advertisement in newspaper, internet, recruitment agency and other media as need for experienced candidates or senior positions.
2.2 Announcements on notice boards or internal screen for internal staff who might be interested in those vacancies. (internal staff who wish to apply for the positions must seek prior agreement from their partners and have to go through standard selection process as other candidates.)
2.3 The recruitment process will take approximately 45-60 days, depending on the availability of the applications.
