Hello Jeff. We have an issue with a Thai distributor who placed a Loyalty order on 5/15- but it didn’t process until after 5/25 due to a credit card issue. The distributor number is 8932489. The order is marked as a Loyalty order but the distributor was not credited any points. We are currently working with Jaime and helpdesk to figure out the issue, but Jaime mentioned that it may be simply because the actual ship date was after the 20th.
If possible, can you please give an exception for this order. And can you also please clarify if this is the reason that the order was not officially counted and credited?
