Subscription fees will continue to post to this seller account until you close the account or downgrade your selling plan. If you would like to close your seller account, please contact our Seller Support team:
1. Log into your seller account.
2. Click the "Contact Seller Support" link at the bottom of the home page.
3. For "What is the problem?" select "Account Settings" and then "Switch your selling plan or cancel service."
4. Click “How do I cancel my account?” or enter your request in the fields provided.
5. If you would like Seller Support to contact you, choose a contact method under "How do you want to talk to us?"
6. Click the button to submit your request.
Seller Support will contact you to help you with your request.
