The history of the establishing " Universal health care" is a policy in Thailand. The sequel to the year 2001, Thailand's general election and the outcome of the election, the party that won the elections in time. Thai Rak Thai Party (TRTP) led by Thaksin Shinawatra the party leader was presented to the public about the policy for the campaign election all three main policies and one of the policy is health policy for the people of Thailand. When the Prime Minister of Thailand Thaksin Shinawatra gain the trust of the public; as a result, rapid implementation for the establishment of a health insurance policy.
