The subject is allowed a period of rest for 20 min before passing through the process of the program. The exercise program started by a warming up interval for 5 min in a form of pedaling on a cycle ergometer at a work load of ten watts, then the load is increased to 40–60% of his MWR for a total exercise period of 40 min. The exercise program was ended by an interval of cooling down for 5 min. The exercise program was carried out three times every week for 3 months .
