The formulation of the 2nd Plan aims to present
guidelines and measures that cover all SMEs promotion at every level and every
dimension so that related public and private agencies can use it as a unified development
framework. Moreover, the 2nd Plan is also set to be in continuation with the 1st SMEs
Promotion Plan (2002-2006) and to propel the strategies and measures of the Plan into
action that leads to tangible results during the 5 years of the Plan.
