A discretionary bonus may be paid at the end of April of each year based on your performance but the Company retains the right not to pay any bonus to you if it considers it reasonable and appropriate. For the avoidance of doubt, any bonuses which may be payable to you are of a gratuitous nature. If your employment terminates before the close of business on 31st March of any year, then you will not be entitled of any bonus of that year.
