2. To assist in the booking of all clients, maximizing occupancy of treatments and revenue.

4. To be conversant in the use of the companies telephone system.
5. To be accurate in till operations and cash-up procedures.
6. To assist manager with lock-up and cash-up duties and to hand over at the end of the shift.
