Paradox logic.
It means the coolant customized is impossible solution.

Customer understood current condition of ver501 is same as ver301 or before.
So Brother cannot replace all grip to ver501.
But customer agree grease up 1 month 1 time with check sheet.
If trouble occur again, even after grease up maintain.
I will support with Japan.
If trouble no occur, I will propose to customer regarding period of FOC .
I recommend grease up with customer even without new grip cover coming within this week.
Greasing to balls both side only is enough before replace to new grip cover.
Because grip assy too heavy now, you know right?
Current condition is very dangerous.
Please discuss with customer to prevent broken grip.
