Dear Colleagues,
Like me, many of you have probably recently returned from your summer break during which you’ve hopefully had a chance to relax and recharge your batteries. Now we can tackle the remainder of 2016 full of energy.
We’ll need this power, especially if we take a look at the development of our air freight volumes in July and August, which were below our expectations. Our churn rates also still pose an issue and it is imperative that we reduce them significantly in the coming months. Meanwhile, we must also continue to increase our customer focus – specifically our sales activities – to ensure that we reach our targeted volume growth in all areas and at all levels in the months to come.
