Outline:
1. Utilize a software/hardware in order to integrate necessary data/information/photos i.e. Standard, Acceptable, Reject Parts/Products specification, Criteria for judgement etc., on the e-Library.
2. Team agreed to provide both real Standard, Acceptable, Reject parts and 3D photos for products, included the parts which selected to apply APQP principle. (standardize & professional feature)
3. CRM will be gathering needful requirements from each division to create the feature of e-Library.
4. CRM will be conducting a recurring meeting with CFT to make it happen. (the schedule will be informed you all later)
P.S. CRM is preparing a master plan of this project.
