When you're asked what you expect from your next job, focus on what you have to offer the company. Tell the interviewer that you have a lot to offer the organization -- that your next employer will recognize your aptitude and put your skills to use. Describe one or two skills or areas where you show promise and connect them to the job for which you're interviewing. For example, you could say, "In my next job, I want the company to utilize my skill set. I'm fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. With ABC Company, for instance, as the company moves into Latin American and South American markets, I'd like to use my language skills to help move the company forward.
