■Develop and formulate trade marketing execution plan (in line with consumer marketing plan) by customer tier
■Implement trade marketing execution plan to achieve campaign objective and execution excellence
■Communicate, and drive channel execution plan with sales team to gain both sales effectiveness and efficiency.
■Assist in developing trade marketing plan initiative, idea, and innovation
■Monitor and evaluate trade promotion program effectiveness against plan and clearly defined key learning
■Prepare model to assess efficiency of trade spending budget with monthly summarized report
■Coordinate with sales team in enlisting new product launch into trades including sales & distribution target, display criteria, in-store activity and trade presentation kits
■Assist in key customer profitability analysis to achieve trade marketing KPI and customer insight and understanding
■Coordinate with sales team to develop account plan / category management
■Develop schematic POP materials to effectively meet the campaign objective and result
■Analyze sales data & off take in order to proactively develop action plan to facilitate the sales growth.
■Jointly develop specific account/area promotion activity with Sales Manager, and Area Manager.
■Develop prototype plan-o-grams for each trade channel and specific account.
■Coordinate with the trade operation team on demand forecast to improve accuracy and avoid opportunity loss.
Qualification:
■Bachelor’s Degree
■More than 3 years trade, product or sales experiences in supervisory level
■Knowledge of market, products & customers
■Leadership & People skills
■Selling, Negotiation & Motivation skills
■Decision Making & Problem Solving skills
