The two units are found to have the same issue as most of the units Seniorsoft returned to us for repair in the past --- their firmware disappeared. We were still puzzled about this phenomenon. Therefore, we sent the two units to our IC supplier for further analysis. Our IC supplier reported to us that it seemed someone tried to reload the firmware but without success. So, the firmware was erased. Therefore, we will appreciate that if Seniorsoft can help to remind your customer or technical team not try to reload or alert the firmware.
Now, we are asking the supplier to return us the two units. Once we receive them, we will reload their firmware and return them to you.
