Re: Foreign object examination
I would like to report about the foreign object piling up during the embossing printing.
I confirmed almost the same peak between the inks kept in our stock and delivered from you by IR analysis. Even though we cannot analyze by quantitative determination with this analysis but we still can compare the strength to some extent. We do not consider that the quantities of was or extender pigment are too much since the peak is almost the same. Please check the attached for the IR chart. Water or others which are difficult to be compatible may be contained a little as the color shade seems white.
From the view, the object piled up from the non-image area so, there is possibility that the non-used remained ink may be compiled as I already reported you when I got the picture before. Please check whether the volume of UV HJK OP Varnish K is very high or not. Also, please check whether the volume is high or not because the embossing effect is weak. Please kindly check the condition.
