We would like to inform you that, Service Desk will close tickets due to any of the following reasons.
- When requester inform Service Desk to close the ticket.
- When the required task is completed by Service Desk/Support member.
eg : Password Reset / New Login Id / Provide info as requested / any other specific task
- When the original request is completed and new requests included in the same ticket.
- When the ticket is considered as "Change Request".
- When there was no response from "Requester" for more than 5 days.
- When there was no response from "Requester" after 5 reminders.
if you have any pending issues on the specific ticket, Please list out those and reply on to this email.
We will assign a new ticket no. and continue to assist further on those pending issues.
