The last time I brought the car to you, for a problem with the car starting slowly. You charged me over 10,000.00 baht for a bosch replacement battery, which I purchased the same retail for 6,000.00 baht. Not only that, but your diagnostic check was utterly hopeless. It took a local mechanic 1 hour find a ground cable had simply fallen off inside the engine bay. Jaguar kept the car for over a day and did nothing. Cost of repair, 500 baht purely labor. Yet Jaguar insisted on selling me a new battery when my previous one was 6 months old and their solution did nothing.
I had hoped with the change of distributor that service would improve. Clearly I was very wrong, consistently the worst customer service experience I have each time I visit you.
