Responsibilities:
Follow up Training Participation of each department according to
Training Matrix with company company requirements
Producing training materials for in-house courses
Participate in training needs and engagement survey to analyst an
effective engagement activity.
Responsible for training evaluation, follow up results and report
Deliver training program to fulfill organizational needs
Update and maintain training and development records and related
reports
Support employee engagement activities and maintain staff activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources ,Business Administration or any
related
Experience 1 – 2 years in training or employee engagement is preferable.
New graduated or experience in other HR function at least 1 year would
be accepted.
Pleasant personality, creative, self-motivated, service and open minded
Good in computer literacy especially in excel
