Secondly, Repairing and replacement to keeping the condo property attractive and habitable.
Thirdly, 24 hours Security service and
Free internet and TV dishes are services that we provide without charge in condo fee. If residence's owners require other utility like 3BB or TRUE Vision, our building is support with these services but owners have to pay for services on their own.
2.Ant and insect Problem
We would like to tell you again about Unipest's package that we have chosen (1 time a month for the facilities pest spraying), the company suggest that it is enough for our condominium that need not to worry about the chemical residue in the facilities
3. The missing hand rails in elevators
We are terrible sorry for your inconvenient about the missing hand rails on the side of elevator, We have asked to the project and they explain that there is still in progress to renovate the space in elevator if there is any update about this progress I will inform you again
4 Condo meeting
This year meeting had happened on May 24th, 2014 at Lanna Palace 2004 Hotel as we have attached meeting report to you with email on 28th july,2014. We would like to inform you that the meeting will have once in one or two year(s). On this period if there were any problem please do not hesitate to contract us.
