HCN perme-ated through the PTFE membrane.
After, the sample zone wastransported to spectrophotometric detection at 560 nm
(step7).For sample replacement, pump P4was actuated (step 8a) and the
solution was removed from B2by the R3solution (step 8b).
Mea-surements were based on peak heights and carried out in triplicate.
