Google Analytics and other
free-to-the-public sites are widely used to provide information on items including number of hits, time spent
on a page, audience location, and more, although these
approaches are not always appropriate evaluation tools.
To address these limitations O’Grady et al. (2009) propose a novel evaluation framework for evaluating interactive media that ties together five dimensions: people,
content, technology, computer-mediated interaction,
and health systems integration. This framework incorporates criteria such as interactivity, platforms/portability,
