The Receiver previously issued a letter of determination (the “Claim Determination”) regarding the claim you asserted in the ZeekRewards Ponzi scheme. You are receiving this email because you have neither accepted nor objected to your Claim Determination. In accordance with a prior order issued by the District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, the Receiver was required to provide you at least 30 days to either accept or object to your Claim Determination. After the expiration of this 30 day period, the Receiver is permitted to deem you to have accepted your Claim Determination. Your Claim Determination has been outstanding for in excess of 60 days. The Receiver is, therefore, permitted to deem you to have accepted your Claim Determination.
If you do not take further action on your Claim Determination by April 15, 2015, the Receiver will deem you to have accepted your Claim Determination and will update the Claim Portal accordingly.
Even if your Claim Determination is deemed accepted, you must submit an OFAC certification and the required release if you wish to receive a distribution (to the extent you are eligible to receive a distribution) on account of the claim you hold against the Receivership Defendant.
