Further analysis of the ABC scale revealed a cut-off score of 67% and above. With this
value, we are able to correctly classify 84.4% sensitivity and 87.5% specificity.
Simple reaction time was the last variable to be assessed. It was found that a reaction
time of 550 ms and above was the cut-off score that significantly classified 83% of
those with a fall history as well as 86.7% of those individuals who have yet to sustain
a fall.
