Here we describe about the ABCLMR developed on Arduino platform. This mobile robot is developed at Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, Jadavpur University by our research group. The mobility of the robot is controlled by a DC motor and the steering system (Ackerman steering) is controlled by a DC servomotor. Also it comprises of two ultrasonic sensors to detect obstacle position, encoder to measure speed and distance covered and a magnetic compass to measure magnetic field intensity at a point.
