My Development Plan (MDP) page in the performance document is for planning, recording, and fulfilling your development needs. These needs may arise from multiples sources like annual performance discussions/goal setting, Individual Development Plan (IDP) and Competency Assessment and Development Discussion (CADD) etc.
It is mandatory for you to complete the MDP (at least one approved Learning goal) for the performance document to be approved/ closed at the Goal setting stage.
