1.Guide staff literacy of benign development, improve employees' skills, help employee to build personal career planning;
2.Formulate and optimize company training regulations, training system, training plan, training programs etc, and promote the implementation and continuous improvement;
3.Conduct training needs survey, arrange the most suitable training course, take many forms of training methods and assessment methods to improve the training effectiveness and satisfaction;
4.Supervise the training plan;
5.Set up internal trainer team, formulating evaluation scheme, selection, training, assessment of internal lecturer;
6.Ensure that staff training data investigation, analysis and reporting timely and accurate;
7.Ensure that the training work to meet the requirements of ISO9001 / ISO14001 / OHOSAS18001 system, act as the enterprise internal auditors;
8.Guide and supervise the subordinate’s work, to achieve work target and promote its growth;
9.Assist other HR module;
10.Other work assigned by the superiors.
