1. Peel a banana. Then slice bananas lengthwise and cut into half. Cut across again into 4 pieces for 1 ball. Soak in limewater.
2. Pour water into brass pan, heat to boiling. Add sugar, coconut sugar or palm sugar. Stir until dissolve well and dry out.
3. Drain banana that you soak in limewater. Add the bananas in the pan that boiled sugar.
4. Squeeze lime juice into the pan. Use a spatula to flip some bananas for make banana not stick together and taste it.
5. Simmer until the sugar dry out.
6. Place on the dish. You can eat as a dessert after a meal or be a snack with hot tea.
