Although now the goods is ready, but because Jan.23rd and Jan.24 is weekend.
We have to contact with the forwarder on Jan. 25th
Our company will be on holiday from Feb.5th to Feb.14th.
Now, the shipping date can not be fixed, the problem we only have 10 days for booking, loading and prepare all documents.
To be frank, the time is very tight. It is hardly possible to catch up the latest loading Feb.4th
Even if we can catch up with the loading date Feb.4th, it is very hardly to deliver the documents to you before Feb.14th ( The expiry date on Feb.14th)
(Remark: For Feb.5th to Feb.14th, our company will be on holiday and almost of companies will be holiday, too)
In addition, we will check with the forwarder next Monday and evaluate whether we need revise the L/C or not according the shipping schedule.
If the L/C need to be revised objectively , we have to say sorry to you.
To be frank, I am lack of the experience of operating L/C before long holiday. Really sorry for that !
You could offer the revising cost, it will be our account and i will revise the PI amount and deduct it from the payment of mass products directly.
